According to the Meetings and Conventions magazine, The Venetian Resort and Casino is the place to be if you’re hosting an event on the Las Vegas Strip.
For the fifth consecutive year the Venetian has received the top “Elite” honor in two categories that rate the facility and staff based on voter’s experiences.
The Venetian won the coveted Gold Key award with Elite Status for staff attitude, quality of meeting rooms, quality of guest services, quality of food and beverage service, proficiency of handling reservations, technical/support equipment and range of recreational facilities.
The Gold Platter award with Elite status was also bestowed upon the Venetian for its catering departments excellence displayed in creativity and culinary experience.
The Venetian has held the Gold Key award for eleven consecutive years and the Gold Platter award for the ninth consecutive year.
For the 2010 awards 157 domestic and international resorts were named as Gold Key winners of which 23 of them also were honored with the Gold Platter award; however the Venetian is the only Las Vegas property to constantly win the prestigious recognition.
