Regent Seven Seas Cruises has entered into an exclusive long term contract with Century Casinos Inc. to operate the gaming venues on all current and future cruise ships, during the term of the agreement.
Century Casinos will add casino operations on-board sister cruise lines Seven Seas Voyager, Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Navigator to its already profitable ship-based casino operations.
Century Casinos holds contracts to operate casinos aboard eight luxury cruise vessels including Oceania Cruises, TUI Cruises, Silversea Cruises and most recently added three vessels from Windstar Cruises in March. In the first quarter of 2010, Century Casinos ship based casino operations contributed $0.6 million in net operating revenue.
