Las Vegas Casinos may be using technology to enhance the tourist experience on the strip, but regional casino operator Boyd Gaming is using it to expand its player’s club loyalty program.
Boyd Gaming is officially the first in the gaming industry to offer a multi-property app.
Under the newly revamped nationwide B Connected Players Club program, Boyd Gaming launched its own original mobile application, B Connected Mobile, which provides members customized offers and expanded benefits.
By using the free app on the iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad, Boyd’s gambling clientele can now access exclusive hotel, dining and gaming offers, book hotel or restaurant reservations at any one of Boyd’s 13 properties and track players club reward balances.
The app is also the first of its kind to offer a search engine that allows customers to find Boyd Gaming casinos that have their favorite machines, and displays the games’ locations on a casino floor map.
