Bally Technologies has introduced a new form of media management, allowing resort operators to send marketing messages, casino and resort promotions and even allow players club members to access account information and special features, customized just for them.
Through Bally TV, resorts can now offer guests a number of personalized customer service options not available with other in room TV programs.
The first installation went live this week at the Miccosukee Resort & Gaming in Miami
